The Fokker Atlantic F.14 family (AF-14)
The F.14 It was a single-engine parasol-wing aircraft with an open cockpit behind the enclosed cabin, which could accommodate 7-9 passengers. The F.14 was built in 1929.
There were civil, military and freight/mail versions.
The first flight took place in 1929.
The F.14 was equipped with a single Pratt & Whitney R-1690 Hornet engine with an output of 525 hp.
The F.14A was a modified version of the F.14, with the wing on top of the fuselage and the cockpit forward of the wing.
Only one example was built.
Also from the F.14B only one aircraft was built.
The existing F.14 with CN 1412 was fitted with a more powerful Pratt & Whitney engine of 575 hp and was therefore designated F.14B.
The F.14B last flew as a TI-2 in Costa Rica.
