The Fokker Atlantic Holland A-01 (U)
The CV prototype with C.IV wings was shipped from Amsterdam to the USA on 8 June 1924.
At Atlantic the C.V was designated A-01.
The A-01 was equipped with a 400 hp Packhard Liberty L-12 engine and was intended as an attack aircraft and ground support aircraft.
After being tested at McCook Field by the USAAS, it went back to the factory in Teterboro where it went into storage.
In 1927 the aircraft went to Arthur L. Capperton as a taxi plane; in 1929 the certificate of airworthiness was not extended.
