Y1C-15

The Fokker Atlantic Y1C-14 cn 1809 with registration AC 31-389 was converted into an ambulance aircraft with room for three stretchers, which is why the type designation changed to Y1C-15.

Y1C-15A

When ambulance version Y1C-15 was equipped with a more powerful Wright Cyclone R-1820-5 engine of 575 hp, the type designation changed to Y1C-15A.
